Students at Emerald Elementary recently participated in the TV6 Canathon, bringing in close to 3,000 items. The class that brought in a whopping 439 items is also the smallest class in the school with only 14 students. Ms. Sylvia’s third grade class celebrated their big win with a pizza party. Students also received a free book.

MANISTIQUE – The Jack Reque Alternative High School has announced the honor roll for the first quarter of the 2022-23 school year. Receiving a “B” average or better were: Kayli Baker, Carter Larson, Jesus Munoz, and Logan Munson, 12th grade; Nevaeh Herlik, 11th grade; Jordan Carroll, and Ron Zinn, 10th grade; and Johnathan Ramirez, ninth grade.
