Backpack Buddies food distribution is Nov. 17

MANISTIQUE – The local “BackPack Buddies” group will distribute food on Nov. 17.

The distribution will take place from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., in the parking lot of Zion Lutheran Church.

The church is located at 435 Oak Street (parking lot in behind the church on Range Street).Participants are asked to stay in their car and wear a mask.

All students up to age 18 are eligible for the program.

Those who are in need of food before this date or unable to attend distribution are asked to call the church office at 341-5427. Leave a message with name and phone number to arrange pick up.
