While ice fishing at Manistique Lake in Curtis, Alan Kilar of Gulliver Lake, was able to land a 29 inch pike. While removing the hook from the fish’s mouth he noticed the tail of another fish. Reaching in with pillars, Kilar removed the fish to find that the pike had just swallowed a smaller pike which measured 14 inches. To the amazement of those gather around, the smaller pike was still alive and was released back into the lake. 7p1.jpg
