Single plan coverage includes:
health care, behavior health care,
home and community-based services,
nursing home care, and prescription drugs.
There are no deductibles or co-pays
for in-network services, including prescription drugs.
Your plan may offer extra benefits,
like foot care or hearing aids,
for which you do not pay premiums or co-pays.
