Both teams will now compete at regionals for time slots at U.P. Finals in Kingsford June 3. Regionals will be held Friday in St. Ignace with events slated to start at 2 p.m.

At the night meet, varsity boys’ Head Coach Ashlee Eisinger said she was pleased with her team’s times.

The 3,200 meter relay team of Alex Misniakiewica, Patrick Mc- Namara, Mitchell Green, and Jerry Jack knocked off a few additional seconds from their time to place fourth with a 9:40.

Stuck on number five, Caleb Hubble took another fifth in the 100 hurdles with a time of 22.28.

“With 12 schools, it was difficult to score only five places,” said Eisinger. “So many of the boys set their own personal records.”
