A summer of science



The Manistique School and Public Library held a successful Summer Reading Program this year with an average of 65 children attending each session. The theme this year was “science” with the slogan “Fizz! Boom! Read!” The last program was held July 16, with the grand prize drawing given to Quinn Leugers, left, and Alex Ziemba, right. They each won a scooter, telescope and science activity kit for their efforts in reading.
