MARSP to host local politicians at meeting

MANISTIQUE – The Schoolcraft and Eastern Delta Michigan Association of Retired School Personnel‘s meeting will be Feb. 12. The meeting will take place at: 11:30 a.m., in the Habitat for Humanity room of the Blanchard Building in Manistique.

The program will be Capital Issues. Sen. Tom Casperson, Rep. Ed McBroom and Rep. John Kivela will be available to discuss issues and answer questions.

Lunch will be served with a business meeting to follow.

Methodist women to hold Feb. pasty sale

MANISTIQUE – The women of Manistique First United Methodist Church will hold a monthly pasty sale Feb. 12 and 13. The sale takes place at the church, and pasties are $3.50 each.

Supplies are limited, so early orders are suggested. Call 341- 6662 to place an order or for more information.
