Brittney Marie Weber, 24, Delta Ave., Manistique, pled guilty in 93rd District Court to operating while impaired by liquor (12/13). Assessed $300 statute fine, $450 statute costs, $50 state costs, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $100 restitution, $975 total. Sentenced to 75 days in the Schoolcraft County Jail with credit for one day served. Balance to be held over six months probation. Shall complete 60 hours of community service. Optional jail 75 days.

Scott Nels Klagstad, 39, Seventh St., Manistique, pled guilty in 93rd District Court to operating while impaired by liquor (12/13). Assessed $300 statute fine, $450 statute costs, $50 state costs, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $100 restitution, $975 total. Shall complete 60 hours community service within 90 days.
