Soccer ends season plagued by weather

Courtesy photo MANISTIQUE – Manistique Area Youth Soccer recently finished up their 2013 season. Unfavorable weather wreaked havoc on the season with several teams unable to complete games or being rained out entirely.

Two squads finished the season undefeated. Manistique Oil ended the season 6-0 and State Savings Bank finished with a record of 8-0.

Manistique Federal Credit Union went 5-2; Big Boy ended with 4-3-1; Jacob’s Dental went 2-7-1; Grover’s Real Estate ended the season with 5-1-1; and mBank went 0-4.
