Manistique Amateur Radio moves repeater

MANISTIQUE – In order for the Manistique Amateur Radio Association to provide better service in the Manistique area, its repeater has been moved to the Schoolcraft County Fair Building.

After looking at several sites, the building was chosen due to its elevation. The Association received fair approval and the repeater is now in operation.

The radio club meets at 6:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month at WTIQ building in Manistique. The public is welcome to attend.
