Emerald standouts get invite to annual U.P. All-Star game

MARQUETTE – The annual U.P. Football All-Star game will be held at the Superior Dome on June 29 with three Manistique Emeralds competing on the East team. The annual game showcases U.P. high school football and gives fans an opportunity to enjoy a competitive game between the U.P.’s best graduating seniors.

Participation in the event is by invitation only. The approximately 45 team rosters are selected with input from all U.P. high school coaches and U.P. sportswriters. Selected from Manistique this year were Kenner Broullire, Jared Edwards and Max Nelson.
