Corey Alan Martin, 25, Highway M-149 Manistique, pleaded guilty in 11th Judicial Circuit Court to arson (5/12). He was sentenced to serve nine months in jail with four months to be served immediately. The balance will be held over 24 month’s probation. He was assessed $68 state costs, $130 crime victim fee, $300 court costs, $300 attorney fee, $300 over sight fee, for a total of $1,098. Restitution is to be determined.

Jamie Eugene Kolinske, 32, Cedar Street, Manistique, pleaded guilty in 11th Judicial Court to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor - third offense and weapon possession by felon (12/12). His license was revoked and he was sentenced to serve 12 months in jail. Ten months are to be served immediately with the balance held over 12 months probation. Credit for 60 days served has been applied. He was assessed $136 state costs, $130 crime victim fee, $300 court costs, $300 attorney fee, $200 over sight fee, for a total of $1,066.
