Robert Lee Murphy, 29, Shunk Road, Manistique, was bound over from 93rd District Court to 11th Judicial Circuit Court on a charge of sex offender - failure to register (8/12).

Eric Wayne Jasmin, Little Harbor Road Manistique, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to driving while license suspended second offense (2/13). He was assessed $50 state costs, $140 statute fine, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $210 statute costs, $475 total. He must also serve five days in the Schoolcraft County Jail or complete 60 hours of community service. Optional jail term 35 days.

Gordon Daniel Baker, 35, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to trespassing (2/13). He was sentenced to serve 10 days in the Schoolcraft County Jail and credited for time served.

Bryan Gene Rachel, 32, East Edge Road, Germfask, was bound over from 93rd District Court to 11th Judicial Circuit Court on one count of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one count of breaking and entering without owner’s permission (1/13).
