HomeCare ranks high

MANISTIQUE – Schoolcraft Memorial HomeCare and Hospice’s latest Patient Satisfaction Survey results show scores higher than Michigan and national averages, as well as other hospitals. The scores are displayed on Medicare.gov, a federal government website managed by the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services.

The survey was conducted over a one year period, from July 1, 2011 until June 30, 2012, with the data last updated on Jan. 17.

“We’re thrilled with the results” said Kristin Peterson, director of SMH HomeCare and Hospice. “It’s a testament to our highly skilled, compassionate staff committed to providing the very best care to our patients.”
