Karyn Anne Cloudman, 25, Tahquamenon Boulevard, Newberry, charged with violation of the basic speed law, too fast for conditions (1/13). Assessed $115.

Phillip Jewell Hagenson, 37, McKilligan Subdivision, Manistique, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana (2/11). He was sentenced to serve 20 days in the Schoolcraft County Jail with credit for time served. His license was suspended for 30 days followed by 150 days restricted license. The following fines and fees were assessed: $50 state costs, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $480 statute fine, $720 statute costs, $1,325 total. Optional jail term 120 days.
