Rebecca Lynn Casteel, 22, Freeman Road, Manistique, charged with driving while license suspended failure to yield and no proof of insurance (7/12). She was assessed $275, $115 and $175 respectively.

Kerry Todd Johnson, 30, Highway M149 Cooks, charged with disregarding stop sign, (10/12). Assessed $140.

Joseph Dale Dusseault, 17, Third Street, Manistique, charged with driving 35 miles per hour in a 25- mph zone (10/12). Assessed $125.

Barbara Ellen Burton, 32, Second Street, Manistique, charged with vehicle registration violation (8/12). Assessed $220.

Andrew Cecil Roberts, 29, County Road 557, Gwinn, charged with driving 60 miles per hour in a 55- mph zone (11/12). Assessed $100.

David Brown Paulson, 59, Third Street, Manistique, charged with violation of basic speed law (11/12). Assessed $115.

Joseph Lawrence Norman, 40, Main Street, Manistique, charged with possessing untagged traps (11/12). Assessed $210.

Kenneth Lloyd Brown, 22, County Road 448, Manistique, charged with driving 60 miles per hour in a 55-mph zone (11/12). Assessed $100.

Peter Leon Kadish, 65, Mistletoe Lane, Christmas, charged with having illegal blind on state land (11/12). Assessed $210.

Buffy Marie Criswell, 40, Quarry

Lane, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and failure to report accident (11/12). She was assessed $100 state fee, $1,244.69 restitution, $507 statute fine, $300 probation oversight fee, $150 crime victim rights assessment, $100 Manistique Public Safety reimbursement fee, $570 statute costs, $2,971.69 total. She was sentenced to serve 90 days in the Schoolcraft County Jail with five days to be served immediately. The balance will be held over 12 month’s probation. She must also complete 96 hours of community service. Optional jail term 90 days.
