Jeffrey Thomas Rust, 53, Applecort Ave, Kalamazoo, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (6/12). He was assessed $50 state costs, $460 statute fine, $100 state police expense reimbursement, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $690 statute costs, $150 probation oversight fees, $1,525 total. He was sentenced to serve 93 days in jail. Five days are to be served with the balance held over six months probation. Optional jail term 93 days.

Aaron Elmer Baker III, 44, Main Street, Manistique, was bound over from 93rd District Court to 11th Judicial Circuit Court on one count of home invasion first degree - assault with intent to do great bodily harm, one count of safe breaking, one count of larceny in a building and count of possession of a controlled substance less than 25 grams (10/12).

Raymond Alexander Bonneau, 32, Zhigaga Road, Manistique, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to driving while license suspended, second or subsequent. (11/12). He was assessed $50 state costs, $140 statute fine, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $210 statute costs, $475 total. Optional jail term 35 days.

Raymond Brice Massengill, 28, Cedar Street, Manistique, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended (10/12). He was assessed $60 statute fine, $90 statute costs, $50 state costs, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $275 total. He was sentenced to serve two days in the Schoolcraft County Jail. Kristi Ann Wood, 34, Cherry Street, Manistique, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to malicious destruction of trees, shrubs, crops, grass, turf and soil less than $200 (8/12). She was assessed $50 state costs, $50 statute fine, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $100 statute costs, $275 total. Optional jail term 15 days.

Gregory Shawn Berry, 50, Curtis, was bound over from 93rd District Court to 11th Judicial Circuit Court on one count of malicious destruction of a building greater than $1,000 but less than $20,000 and one count of malicious destruction of a building greater than $200 but less than $1,000 (11/12).
