Sharon Elaine Rushton, 47, Third Street, Ishpeming, charged with driving 60 miles per hour in a 55- mph zone (9/12). Assessed $100.

Todd Dennis Morgan, 42, Third Street, Manistique, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (8/12). He was assessed $50 state costs, $340 statute fine, $100 state police expense reimbursement, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $660 statute costs, $300 probation oversight fees, $1,525 total. He was sentenced to serve 93 days in the Schoolcraft County Jail with credit for one day served applied. 12 days are to be served or the completion of 120 hours of community service. The balance will be held over 12 month’s probation. Optional jail term 93 days.

Jeremy Daniel Mortensen, 33, Arbutus Avenue, Manistique Avenue, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to attempted controlled substance - maintain drug house (1/12).
