Robert Gregory Corace, 42, Refuge Entrance Road, Seney, charged with refusing to take a personal breathalyzer test (9/12). Assessed $200.

Jessica Marie Erickson, 23, Quarry Lane, Manistique, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to assault and battery (9/12). She was sentenced to serve 60 days in jail with 10 to be served immediately and the balance held over 12 months probation. She was assessed $50 state costs, $140 statute fine, $300 probation oversight fee, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $210 statute costs, $775 total. Optional jail term 60 days.

Matthew Keller Johnson, 36, Shingleton, was charged with open intoxicants in a motor vehicle (9/12). Assessed $225.

Anthony Lee Ogle, 43, Chitoma Drive, Manistique, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to driving while license suspended and possession of marijuana (9/12). He was sentenced to serve five days in the Schoolcraft County Jail and shall perform 60 hours of community service. He was assessed $420 statute costs, $280 statute fine, $100 state costs, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $875 total. Optional jail term 35 days.

Russell Lee St. John, 31, First Street, Manistique, was bound over from 93rd District Court to 11th Judicial Circuit Court on one count of home invasion second degree, one count of larceny in a building and one count of controlled substance possession (narcotic or cocaine) less than 25 grams (9/12).
