Kleeman graduates

JACKSON – Lisa Kleeman, of Germfask, recently received a degree from Spring Arbor University.

Kleeman received a Bachelor’s Degree in organizational management, graduating Cum Laude with a GPA of 3.70 – 3.79.

Spring Arbor University is a private, four-year, Christian liberal arts university located eight miles west of Jackson, Mich.

GVSU names grads

GRAND RAPIDS – Almost 4,000 students earned degrees from Grand Valley State University during the last academic year.

Included on the list of Grand Valley’s most recent graduates, graduating Fall 2011 in December, or Winter 2012 in April were: from Manistique, Kimberly Jenerou, bachelors of science; and Lisa Selling, bachelors of business administration and David Hopp, Cooks, with a bachelor of science.

Cousineau graduates

EDWARDS, Colo. – Aaron D, Cousineau, a member of Glenwood Springs High School Class of 2009, recently received his Associates Degree in culinary arts.

Cousineau was the winner of the Denver Chaine des Rotisseurs Vail Bailliage Young Chefs Competition, and also competed in San Antonio and New Orleans.

He has accepted a position at Bouchon in the Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

Cousineau is the son of Andrea and Shane Williams, the late Boyce Cousineau; and the grandson of Dan and Doris Rubick, the late Elaine Hastings and Harry Hastings of Manistique.
