Jeremy Roger Erbetta, 28, Curtis, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to driving while license suspended (8/12). He was assessed $50 state costs, $140 statute fine, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $210 statute costs, $475 total. He was sentenced to serve 35 days in the Schoolcraft County Jail with credit for two days applied. The balance will be held over four months probation. Optional jail term 35 days.

Aaron Elmer Baker III, Main Street, Manistique, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to allowing dog to run at large (7/12). He was assessed $87 ordinance fine, $50 state costs, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $1,205.38 restitution, $1,417.38 total. Optional jail term 45 days.

Jim Michael Venetucci, 30, Ferdinand, Forest Park, Ill., charged with marine safety - operating while impaired (8/12). He was assessed $50 state costs, $260 statute fine, $100 Schoolcraft County Sheriff Department reimbursement fee, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $390 statute costs, $875 total. He was sentenced to serve one day in the Schoolcraft County Jail and credited for time served. Optional jail term 65 days.

Mandy Lynn Petrich, 32, Cedar Street, Manistique, was bound over from 93rd District Court to 11th Judicial Circuit Court on one count of controlled substance delivery/manufacturing (sched 1,2, 3 except marijuana and cocaine) (2/12).

Robert Norman Bullard, 17, 13th Street, Escanaba, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to retail fraud - third degree (9/12). He was assessed $50 state costs, $90 statute fine, $20 restitution, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $135 statue costs, $370 total.
