Dustin Eugene Lawrence 24, Dowling Road, Hastings, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to operating a motor vehicle while impaired by liquor (6/12). He was assessed $50 state costs, $340 statute fine, $100 state police expense reimbursement, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $510 statute costs, $1,075 total. He was sentenced to serve 85 days in the Schoolcraft County Jail with credit for one day served applied. The balance will be held over six month’s probation. He shall also complete 60 hours of community service. Optional jail term 85 days.

Jessica Leigh Lynts, 18, Park Avenue, Manistique, charged with minor in possession (6/12). Assessed $210.

Tina Louis Lubbers, 36, Delta Avenue, Manistique, charged with allowing dog to run at large (6/12). Assessed $212.

Jasmine Breanne Volk, 17, Alger Avenue, Manistique, charged with minor in possession (5/12). Assessed $210.

Andrew Orr, 21, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to loitering, wandering on school grounds (5/12). He was assessed $50 state costs, $120 ordinance fine, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $245 total. He was also placed on three months’ probation.

Kurt Daniel Loup, 20, County Road 455, Manistique, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to loitering, wandering on school grounds (5/12). He was assessed $50 state costs, $120 ordinance fine, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $245 total. He was also placed on three months’ probation.

Jason Neil Rein, 31, 26th Lane, Gladstone, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to disturbing the peace (3/12). He was assessed $50 state costs, $48 statute fine, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $72 statute costs, $245 total. He was sentenced to serve 60 days in the Schoolcraft County Jail which is being held over six months probation. Optional jail term 60 days.

Kevin Karl Tasson, 47, Janro Road, Negaunee, was bound over from 93rd District Court to 11th Judicial Circuit Court on one count of controlled substance possession of narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams and controlled substance - maintaining drug house (6/12).
