Rain, rain... go away



A car travels through a flooded portion of street outside the entrance of Manistique Papers recently. Showers and thunderstorms swept through the area Monday and Tuesday, causing areas of flash flooding throughout the region. According to officials at the Manistique Wastewater Treatment Plant, Tuesday saw the most rain, with a total accumulation of 2.2 inches. Monday had less, with only .13 inches.
