Courtesy photo MANISTIQUE - On Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011, Everett and Melissa Wood of Manistique, announced the birth of their first child, Everett Matthew Wood IV.

Everett arrived weighing 7 pounds, 4 ounces. He was 19 inches in length.

His birth made several four generation photo opportunities.

Paternal grandparents are Gail and Everett Wood of Manistique.

Maternal grandparents are Dean and Bernie Beaudre of Manistique.

Paternal great-grandmother is Barbara Bedard of Vulcan, Mich.

Maternal great-grandmothers are Audrey Herbst and Geraldine Henkel, both of Manistique.
