Vendors and visitors are shown during the 2012 Outdoor Expo and Gun and Knife Show at Little Bear West Arena Sunday. According to organizers, the threeday event brought in close to 800 people, inlcuding residents and out-of-town visitors. The expo featured numerous gun and knife dealers, along with a variety of businesses showcasing outdoor items ranging from hunting, trapping, fishing and camping gear to recreational vehicles, boats, snowmobiles and ORVs, chain saws, wood-stoves, homebuilding options – even wines and clothing and accessories. Among the vendors and organizations participating in the expo were: Lund’s Sales and Service, Curran Chevrolet-Buick, Chuck Renze Ford, Renze Powersports, Watson’s Marine, Pinar Wood Products, Barker Construction and Wausau Homes, Nye Construction, Limestone Federal Credit Union, the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, the Snowbusters of the Schoolcraft County Snow-mobile Association, SORVA, Emma Claire Boutique, T’s Taste of Chicago, the Manistique Farmers’ Market, and the Mackinaw Trail Winery.
