Renee Lynn Slingley, 33, Cedar Street, Manistique, charged with driving while license suspended, vehicle registration violation and no proof of insurance (2/12). She was assessed $250, $130 and $175 respectively.

Lauren Ann Quist, 21, County Road 380, Carney, charged with driving 60 miles per hour in a 55- mph zone (4/12). Assessed $100.

Jennie Lynn Baker, 36, Kendall Road, Manistique, charged with driving 60 miles per hour in a 55- mph zone (4/12). Assessed $100.

Victoria Lea Pew, 16, County Road 98, McMillan, charged with driving 60 miles per hour in a 55- mph zone (4/12). Assessed $100.

Brittany Marie Marvin, 21, Dusty Lane, Manistique, charged with no proof of insurance (1/12). Assessed $294.

Jenna Rose Floyd, 26, Houghton Avenue, Manistique, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to one count of blight ordinance violation (3/12). She was $50 statute costs, $125 ordinance fine, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $250 total. Optional jail term 15 days.

Michael Eugene Riddlebaugh, 31, Galion, Ohio, was bound over from 93rd District Court to 11th Judicial Circuit Court on one count of child support failing to pay, leaving state (9/05).

David Kent Fleming, 46, Schoolcraft Avenue, Manistique, was bound over from 93rd District Court to 11th Judicial Circuit Court on one count of operating motor vehicle under the influence of liquor - third offense notice - felony, one count of driving while license suspended - second, and habitual offender supplemental warrant fourth conviction (3/12).

Ryan Alan Hoffman, 22, US Highway 2, Gulliver, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to operating a motor vehicle while impaired by liquor (12/11). He was assessed $50 state costs, $16.50 restitution, $510 statute costs, $150 probation oversight fees, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $350 statute fine, $100 state police expense reimbursement $1,241.50 total. He was sentenced to serve 85 days in the Schoolcraft County Jail with credit for one day served applied. Two days are to be served or the completion of 24 hours community service. The balance will be held over six month’s probation. Optional jail term 85 days.

Melissa Ann Kane, 39, 7th Street, Manistique, pleaded guilty in 93rd District Court to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (2/12). She was assessed $50 state costs, $380 statute fine, $100 state police expense reimbursement, $75 crime victim rights assessment, $570 statute costs. $150 probation oversight fees, $1,325 total. She was sentenced to serve 80 days in the Schoolcraft County Jail with credit for one day served applied. Two days are to be served or the completion of 24 hours community service. The balance will be held over six month’s probation. Optional jail term 80 days.
