Coalition’s homeless and hunger awareness fund-raiser April 27

The Schoolcraft County Coalition for Safe and Stable Housing‘s Community Hunger and Homeless Awareness Fund-raiser will be held on the Schoolcraft County Courthouse lawn from 4 p.m. until dark on Friday, April 27.

Local citizens and pastors will simulate living in various shelters built by the Challenger Youth Group in order to bring awareness to the issue of homelessness and hunger to our community.

All proceeds from this event will benefit local food banks and the Manistique Ministerial Association. For more information call 341-5451.
