Wellness seminar planned

Get ready for spring and the rest of your life by attending an informational seminar aimed at improving your overall health and wellbeing. Wellness doesn’t mean “not being sick” - it’s a dynamic process of change, growth and balance in many areas. It’s a life long journey and active process of making choices and committing to being healthy and well. It’s never too late to start!

The Spring into Wellness workshop will be presented by Cathy A. Kaltz, certified work site wellness specialist.

It will be held on Saturday, May 5, at Chamberlin’s Ole Forest Inn in Curtis from 1-5 p.m. Appetizer social with door prizes will be held from 5-6 p.m.

Space is limited with a minimum enrollment. Workshop and lodging single occupancy is $135; double occupancy $200. Included is one night’s stay, either Friday or Saturday, breakfast, afternoon workshop and appetizer social. Workshop and appetizer social only, $45.
