MMA hosts annual Easter Egg Hunt

It was one of the nicest days in history for the organizers of the Manistique Merchants Association Easter Egg hunt last Saturday. Held annually at Emerald Elementary School, families flocked to attend the event hosted by the association. The kids lined up early for a chance to meet the Easter Bunny, who was handing out special eggs, each one containing a slip redeemable for an Easter basket at a participating business. After that, they took to the playgrounds at the school to scoop up the colorful candy-filled eggs the bunny had hidden there earlier. More pictures will be uploaded to our Facebook page which can be found at www.facebook.com/pioneer tribune.
