Diane L. DuPont
She was born April 15, 1963, in Manistique, Mich., the daughter of Wilma M. Robare (Will Silkworth), the late Lyle Robare and Antone Weber. After high school Diane spent years in the U.S, Army excelling in every opportunity it presented. The list of accomplishments and honors bestowed her is endless. She went on to be a successful entrepreneur. Diane loved to travel, was an artist and photographer who also loved to write and sing.
Diane always lived life to the fullest and brought her unique sense of humor and compassion to all those who knew and loved her. She will be missed dearly and will be impossible to replace in our hearts.
She is survived by her mother, Wilma Robare; sisters, Toni Terese Weber (Robert) Safranek, and Yvonne Elizabeth Mooers; step-sisters, Brenda and Linda; nieces, Tennille Marie (Nathan) Stanley and Wilma Nicole MacKenzie; nephew, Corey Lee MacKenzie, great-nephew, Jesse Lyle Stanley, and great-niece Mary Blythe Stanley.
Services for Diane were on Saturday, Feb. 25, at 11 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery, in Jacksonville.
